Let It Snow!

It's a blizzard out there! Seriously. We are in the midst of the biggest December storm this area has had in many, many years. We have about 1 foot so far and it's only 3:30 in the afternoon. The storm is supposed to last through the night giving us about 18 to 20 inches. That's a lot of snow. We woke up Michael this morning and showed him the snow and he exclaimed, "Oooooooooh!". We finally got outside a few hours later and were out for about 10 minutes. Michael absolutely LOVED the snow. He helped Jaime shovel and threw snow around. It was so windy and cold we wanted to come back in but he didn't until I told him he could bring his snow inside. :)

Santa!

This is our first picture with Santa where Michael is not screaming his head off. He did so well but we still needed to bribe him with change to throw in the mall fountain. I think it helped that there was no one in line, Daddy was there to talk him through it and Santa was very nice and soft spoken. Michael asked for lots of toys and cars for Christmas. I would have never known! :)

Michael has graduated!

Boy, it is way too early to be saying that. I don't even want to think about high school and college, yet. Michael did graduate, though. Daycare officially moved him from the Toddler room to the Two's room. His curriculum will focus on a monthly theme which includes stories, activities and songs. They also have a more structured potty training schedule. Whooo Hooo!

This month is Food theme. He has been making grocery lists and personal pizzas. You should hear him sing I'm a little tea pot.

Michael's old class and teachers were very sad to see him go (and so was he) and he visits them often. Congratulations to my big boy!

Happy 5 Year Anniversary

Jaime and I celebrated our 5 year wedding anniversary on 12/01/09. I can still picture the beautiful beaches of Negril and the absolutely amazing day. Happy Anniversay, Love.

Thanksgiving Pictures

We spent Thanksgiving at Mom and Papa's house in Philadephia. There was plenty of food and we all ate until we were stuffed! Afterward, there was the mandatory game of dominos. Michael decided he wanted to play with the grown ups, and he pulled up a stool and partnered up with his Tita. We need to teach him how to cover his hand, since he showed everyone their dominos.
